Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it ships by emailing or calling us with your order number. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Pre-order items can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund.
