Return window

You may return unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Replacement filters must be unopened for hygiene reasons.

How to return

Email us with your order number to receive return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for defective items.
